There is a lively weekly market in Hisaronu where you can try your bartering skills, or you can jump a Dolmus into Fethiye where there are larger markets held twice a week.
The Dolmus will also take you to Olu Deniz, where you will find more bars & restaurants, as well as the fabulous public beach, where you can lie in the sun, and watch the paragliders softly swoop down from the top of Mount Babadag, participate in watersports, ferry trips or gain access to the famous Blue Lagoon National Park (fee payable).
In all these areas there are many shops selling value for money day trips, which usually include lunch, all for a very good price.
Our guests are also allowed access to the 4* Orka Hotel in Ovacik or the 5* Facilities at Orka Sun Life resort (fee payable). This can be reached by courtesy bus or walking, and has many facilities, such as waterslides, creches & children's clubs (fee payable), and 2 superb restaurants as well as a snack bar. There is also nightly entertainment and theme nights provided.
