Positive: Staff is polite, responsive, & efficient.

Negative: The location of the hotel is very good; however, if you're driving and using google map, it is unable to accurately point to the correct location of the hotel. I suggest that the hotel can provide location of the multi-storey carpark near to the hotel and gives clear instruction to the guests that is arriving and to the carpark staff of the arriving guests. The weather in Sanliurfa at end of October 2025 during the day is still very sunny & warm. At night the hote room feels warm. The central cooling unit of the hotel should be blowing cool air instead of warm air.
