Positive: What I liked: • The food quality was very good. • All the staff were polite, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. • The Wi-Fi coverage was excellent and reached the room, the hotel grounds, and even the beach. • The pool temperature in the afternoon was perfect.

Negative: What I didn’t like: • The food variety was limited. • The pool water at 10 AM was too cold for us. • Our room did not have hotel slippers, and I had to request them from reception. • The bedroom had carpet flooring, which didn’t feel very clean; parquet would be a better option. • The minibar/fridge was completely empty with no drinks available. • The door of the neighbouring room (Room 1304) needed repair; guests had to slam it hard, which disturbed my child during the night. • Cats were present inside the restaurant, which can be a problem for guests with allergies.

Summary: “Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few improvements, the experience could be even better.”
