Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Excellent location with a beautiful sea view. Customer service representative Damla Hanım was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

Negative: The food quality was low and the dishes lacked flavor. Although there was a wide variety, especially at dinner, we couldn’t really taste anything—including the desserts. Overall, it was not at a level expected of a premium resort hotel
