This luxurious villa is located in the Kordere district of Kalkan and has magnificent views across Kalkan Bay. The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and has a total capacity of six guests. Whilst being located a short distance from the centre of Kalkan, it is located in an elevated peaceful setting and, with the assistance of its screening system, is secluded from the outside, making it suitable for those guests looking for a high degree of privacy. This location also benefits in the height of the summer from being a few degrees cooler than lower down in the town, thus allowing guests to enjoy a drink on the extensive pool terrace or first floor balcony whilst soaking in the panoramic views.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge and well-equipped open-plan kitchen, plus a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second floor accomodation consists of two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, one of them also having a jacuzzi from which the views can be enjoyed.
The outdoor areas have everything that guests would need during their stay, including an alfresco dining area for six with a stone-built barbeque, ample sunbeds and umbrellas, plus a swing and hammock. There is a large patio area and the pool dimensions are 7.5 x 5.4 m, depth 1.55m, plus it has an additional shallow area (20cm) 7.7 x 3 m.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi, an alarm and closed circuit camera system, and parking spaces for two cars. The villa is approximately 5-7 minutes drive from the centre (3-3.5 km). For those guests who prefer to cater for themselves there are several reataurants and grocers who provide a free home delivery service.
