Villa Ria is situated in Maras, a five minute stroll from the heart of Dalyan town on the Turquoise Coast in Turkey but nestled amidst a panorama of imposing mountains and the ancient Lycian rock tombs. Standing within her own private garden of luscious palms and trees, Villa Ria's architecturally-designed elegance charms even before entering the cool contemporary open plan living area which leads directly out onto the bathing area.
Across from the large, beautifully lit swimming pool and children's pool dwells an attractive wooden kosk, a chill-out area providing comfort and shade. A stone-built outdoor barbecue also runs alongside a spacious dining area seating 6 beneath the stars.
Interior decor is calm, sleek and stylish throughout the open planned lower floor, comprising living area with comfy sofas, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a lovely working fireplace moulded from white Bodrum stone. One of the three en-suite bedrooms is also situated on this level and benefits from double doors opening into the poolside area. The ground floor has wheelchair access.
A curving staircase leads to the upper level where two further en-suite bedrooms are situated either side of a stunning Turkish area with typical Turkish seating and Turkish smoke pipe, serving as an aperitif to the romantic backdrop which unfolds once the double doors are opens onto the wrap around balcony which stretches the entire length of the back of the villa.
There are also two bicycles at the villa for guests to use.
